Ordering:
- To ensure freshness we require that you order at least 1 business day in advance by noon for regular orders. Orders for Tuesday should be placed on the prior Friday by 12 noon. For large orders we require at least 3 business days in advance notice by noon.
- For custom, or specialty cakes we require at least a 2 weeks notice.
- Holiday orders you must place your order at least 1 week in advance.
- Some items do require more notice.
We require a 40% deposit (non-refundable) which goes toward your balance.
For cancellations you must call at least 24 hours prior to your pickup or delivery time.
Delivery: Call for rates
We deliver to businesses and organizations Tuesday - Friday. We do outsource this service so we must pass the cost onto you.
Delivery request must be placed a day in advance by noon.
Deliveries for Saturdays or Holidays are limited & charge an additional fee (call in advance)
