Andrea “Dutchess” left the corporate world behind to work side by side with her mother. Andrea wear many hats, including but not limited to - baker, cake designer and product developer. Though she has no formal training in culinary arts, her training began in her mother’s kitchen around the age of 9. Baking and cooking has always been a passion of hers, but she never thought it would lead her here. Andrea’s decorating skills weren't realized until 2001 when she created her brother and his bride a dream wedding cake. According to Andrea, her goal is to help take the bakery to the next level and pass down her mother’s legacy to the next generation.
Rosharon a mother of 2 daughters, Jasmine 28 and Kryslin 16, both of work in the family business. After 18 months as a stay at home mom, she was ready to get back to the work force, so she joined the family business. Rosharon initially started making deliveries for the bakery but found that this type of work did not fulfill her at all, so she took on the task of frosting cakes and then learned to decorate cakes by watching her big sister, Andrea. Rosharon also realized that her passion for baking, started in her mother’s kitchen at an early age. Rosharon tried her hand at baking, but soon realized that cake decorating is what she does best.
Attended Culinary Institute Lenotre where she obtained her Culinary Arts Degree. Dee started with Not Jus’ Donuts Bakery as an Intern in 2011. Though she was taught professionally at Lenotre she learned the true art of southern baking at Not Jus’ Donuts Bakery. She loves to be creative and learning new things. She truly enjoys baking.
Counter and Sales Rep
Jasmine “Jazz” has been working at the bakery since she was 13 years old. She is our "go to girl". She helps out with baking when the bakery is short handed and from time to time will assist with cake decorating. Jazz is a social media butterfly she loves to market the bakery using various avenues of social media. Jasmine says, she has learned so much while working at her grandmother’s bakery with her family and she wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Myrtle Zachary Jackson

Myrtle a mother of five and a grandmother of ten, learned her craft of baking from her father, grandmother and aunts, who passed down to her, old family recipes and baking techniques. Myrtle developed a great passion for baking and cooking. Later with a family of her own, she saw her love for baking grow in her daughters. Myrtle, an entrepreneur at heart, tried her hand at starting various businesses, but non fulfilled her passion. For two years, she worked in a commercial bakery, which only increased her desire to have her own bakery - thus the creation of Not Jus' Donuts Bakery in December 2000. Her vision is to be a light in the community by sharing with the world the best desserts she grew up on.
